Darfield Ceilidh Dance: 7th Sept 2024
Darfield Ceilidh Dance 2024 is a Darfield High School fundraiser aiming to contribute to the purchase of a new school van. These vans are used widely for transport for study outside the classroom, sports events, trade academy and more.
Don a splash of tartan & a frock if you choose, and come along to an evening of Scottish barn dancing, with whisky, haggis & music. It will be a hoot!

Selwyn Rowing Inc present The Bitches Box - 30th November 2024 - Join our Muster!
Fundraising event to establish the Selwyn Rowing Club A partnership with Darfield High School, Ellesmere College, Lincoln High School and Rolleston College
This event aims to bring together our community, rowing enthusiasts, and local businesses to support the growth and development of our rowing group.
As we embark on this journey, we are reaching out to businesses and individuals like yourself to ask for your support. There are several ways you can contribute to our cause
By becoming a sponsor, your business will gain significant exposure to a broad audience, including event attendees, our rowing group, and their families. We offer various sponsorship packages, each designed to provide maximum visibility and recognition for your brand.
Platinum Sponsor - $1000 + GST
Gold Sponsor - $500 + GST
Silver Sponsor - $250 + GST
Bronze Sponsor - $100 + GST
Goods and/or Services
We welcome donations of goods and services that can be used during the event or as prizes for our raffle. Items such as sports equipment, gift certificates, merchandise, and services are greatly appreciated and will help us attract more participants and raise additional funds.
Monetary Donations
Direct financial contributions are also invaluable to us. Any amount, large or small, will make a significant difference in helping us achieve our goals.
As a token of our appreciation, all supporters will be recognized on all of our schools and sports websites, newsletters (potentially reaching over 3000 families across our Kura), in our event program, and through our social media channels. Additionally, sponsors will receive special acknowledgment during the event and have the opportunity to display their banners and promotional materials. You will be invited to special events, including launches and regattas, presentations and training.
We believe that with your support, we can create a thriving rowing community that benefits everyone involved. Your contribution will not only aid our rowers but also enhance the well-being and unity of our local area.
